SYSTEM IMPOSED |
Jobs
imposed on you by the system and are on the whole - pretty inescapable |
These
are such things as filing income tax returns, paying bills on
time, putting out the garbage on the right day. Jobs that have
to be done and may cause lots of stress if you don't do them. |
SELF IMPOSED |
Jobs which originate from you or you agree
to take on yourself. These are often
- discretionary. |
These
can be everyday things that you agree to do often because you
don't like to say,"No". Taking on too much can lead
to stress - remember you are not "Super-person." |

FAMILY IMPOSED |
Things that your family need and expect
you to do; and what you cannot easily disregard.. |
These can be caring for
elderly or infirm relatives. Junior family members may also place
demands on you financially and/or for child care.
If you feel you are not
giving enough help, you are likely to feel guilty and this may
lead to stress.
